![]() The higher the terms are in the list, the more likely that they're relevant to the word or phrase that you searched for. Note that this thesaurus is not in any way affiliated with Urban Dictionary.ĭue to the way the algorithm works, the thesaurus gives you mostly related slang words, rather than exact synonyms. The official Urban Dictionary API is used to show the hover-definitions. These indexes are then used to find usage correlations between slang terms. ![]() That definitely changes my perspective on it.That's also a cool idea about coming back with new powers later on, I didn't realize you could do that. The Urban Thesaurus was created by indexing millions of different slang terms which are defined on sites like Urban Dictionary. Ohhhh, I didn't realize it was optional! I thought it was mandatory. (Perhaps another-hopefully easy-to-implement-possibility would be to allow use of the number pad keys to give eight-directional input as an alternate option to WASD for slightly finer-grained control.)ģ. But I can definitely see and respect your point of view, and I'm sure I'll enjoy the game just as much (I'm just a diehard keyboard-and-mouse person who's too old to learn new tricks at this point!). Though we might be thinking of different things here I didn't mean that it should act like moving a mouse cursor in terms of being able to move it rapidly anywhere, simply that you could use it as an analog input for the direction while keeping the same overall top movement speed. ![]() The…I don't want to call it "difficulties", let's call it the "challenge" of moving definitely seems like an integral part of the game. Regarding the mouse movement, I can totally respect your decision not to include it. #RAIN ON YOUR PARADE FEED THE BEAR FULL#Other than that, I look forward to the eventual full release! Forgot to mention that I particularly love the ability to draw your own cloud's face, that hilarious. I found the Dust level very difficult to complete with WASD (and I get that that's part of the idea, but it seriously took me around 10 tries and I almost gave up, whereas no other level took more than 1–2). Would it be possible to add the mouse as a movement option? I never had a console growing up so gamepads are foreign to me (and I don't have one), and WASD felt just a bit…I dunno, floaty? I just had a strong compulsion to grab the mouse and move my little cloud around that way. (I was watering the power poles thinking maybe that'd give me thunder since they had electricity, but nope. ![]() I'd suggest making it so that you either unavoidably get thunder after the previously level, or that at least the objectives tab say something like "You haven't unlocked this ability yet and can't in this level but you you'll get it later". I tried the farming level before the city one where you get Thunder, and was thoroughly confused because I had an objective I couldn't complete, and no apparent way to get this mysterious "Thunder" ability. ( Loved the burn on microtransactions!) The different challenges were interesting, and I like the possibilities that raining oil or acid imply for the full game. Concept! )Īnd it's great! I'm a huge sucker for the kind of stylized art style you guys have going on, I love games with unique and quirky game mechanics ideas like this (instead of just "generic FPS #9,452"), and the humor is pretty funny too. #RAIN ON YOUR PARADE FEED THE BEAR DOWNLOAD#(A developer who makes a Linux demo instead of just a Windows-only one which Steam won't let me download even though it'll probably run just fine on Proton? What. Hey there! I heard about this from GamingOnLinux and decided to give the demo a try. ![]()
